These coasters are the result of persistence in self education. For me, the best way to learn is by doing. I started this project thinking I’d whip up some quick coasters to add to the web store; something simple and affordable. After 4 months, a self-taught crash course in vacuum fixturing, a pile of broken end mills and a heap of scrap aluminum, I reign victorious!
